Arriving home Empty Arriving home

Post by Hellion Sat Aug 29, 2009 1:15 am

Hellion had landed from a rip in time and space. He set down, and gently set, Rill and Eve down. "Welcome home loves...." He smiled as the doors opened for him, several mind slaves greeted them. "These guys will cater to your every wim, Rill....use them as you would like..." He then walked inside, "Order someone to prepare food...and to top it off I am looking forward to a sweet desert..." Ragna had everything planned his building having a perfect Economic structure, with a built in farm, everything was moving smoothl for everyone who was living in city hall, some of them were free to have minds of there own. Enjoying having Hellion provide for them. They feared him, but they understood as long as they did not anger him they would be fine. Several maids, waved to him and Eve greeting them and offering to do small or big task, "Excuse me...this is Rill he will be treated like I am is it understood." The servants all nodded.

Eve treated them as blankly as ever, she didn't ever seem to have any need of them, she wasn't impolite but she didn't respond to them. In fact her responses were to few things in the world. The only reason she really was here was this was her home, she was here cause it was close and convenient to her master, nothing more. She waited to see if he had need of her before she'd excuse herself, usually to do what was always the question she didn't always do anything more then exist upon the moment, doing whatever struck her at the particular time. She could eat but she didn't have to. She recognized her work though, most of those whom were not willing had crossed there paths with her and Hellion, and were the victims of her developing craft.

Merill brushed off his coat when he was put down to push out any large wrinkles. He looked at the doors for a moment before looking back over his shoulder as they opened. The Colosseum used to be big enough to see from most places... "Right..." He murmured, following him in as he looked at the servants.

He glanced around, he didn't really want to stay out here. Even if it wasn't the same room that he'd spent so long hiding in, his new one would do just fine and that was where he would rather have been.
"... Ra-" He cut himself off, not speaking long enough to have made much sound. He looked down and frowned a little. It might be better to just stay there until he was shown to his room.

Merill blinked and looked up with a rather blank expression as his name was mentioned when Ragna spoke to the servants. He looked up at him for a moment before back to the servants who were, of course, abiding obediently.

Ragna looked at Rill and Eve, giving them both a stare of boredom. "You two nearly seem dead...no offense eve" He was use to the emotionless behavior, but Rill seemed a bit depressed, and eve never having anything to do he figured he could try and entertain them both. He himself finding himself to be surrounded by people younger then him, he felt slightly pedophilish. He then walked around the corner, and opened a door. "Here you are Rill...the room activates through your will" He chuckled, the room was empty black pit, having nothing in it. "Just imagine what you want and its there...." He sighed seeing the unexcited faces, he felt like a father who didn't understand his own kids....

That wasn't an usual face for Eve, nothing seemed to brighten her face up and MAYBE Hellion had tried to. She stayed because she hadn't been dismissed and she didn't really care, not like being alone would be much better and at least she could peruse and watch the other adapt as she wondered what they were going to do about the Colosseum's collapse but her mind was more brooding on the presence of the other who had not been visible to Hellion's eye within Reox. The one that had UNDONE EVERYTHING she did, she'd NEVER had that happened before so what made that astral girl so different. She wasn't sure if it was her own failings or if she should really tell Hellion about the sprite at Reox's back.

Merill pressed his lips to gether for a moment before putting his hands in his pockets and looking down. "Sorry." He muttered. He could smell the locket from the way his head was tilted. At first it had made him gag but once he got used to it he found the sickening smell comforting, he almost liked it.

He looked up as Ragna walked towards the room and quickly walked after him, stopping behind him and looking around him into the room. He stared into the dark room with an uncomfortable expression, he bit his lower lip lightly. He wasn't entirely sure how he felt about people seeing anything that would come from his imagination.
"Uh..." He took a step towards the door and stared at the darkness. No matter how fast it changed, frankly, he didn't want to go in. He didn't much like the idea of going into a room that only contained a void.

Ragna gave Rill a slightly confused look..."Sorry? its ok do not worry about it. You know it is not harm full at all, and once you go inside it wont be dark...so just feel free.." Ragna looked at Eve and then back at Rill and sighed, HE then caught on a thought that snapped its way into his mind. "Something bothering you Eve..." He had felt the need to tell him something, the Empathy waves were flowing. He looked at his hands, and noticed there were burn marks on them from the building, he had not realized it until just now.

It shouldn't have shocked her, she never really could hide things from him but she didn't want to waste his time on trivial nonsense. She was quiet as she thought about it quietly, "The return of the enemy to his base went down well but something crossed my path that seemed unseemly, annoying like a snag."

She was unsure if it was her own incompetence attributing to that snag or if it was really something to worry over but better to not take chances and tell him her misgivings.

Merill look up and him, jumping a little as he spoke. "R-right..." He said, unable to change the nervous expression on his face. He glanced back over his shoulder as Ragna spoke to Eve before looking into the room and walking slowly forwards. He stopped at the edge and stepped shakily inside, tightly holding the locket.

He flinched as the room changed. The walls were stone, the room quite resembled the Colosseum. It was rather dingy and depressing, though, he spent his time sulking in his room so he didn't see why it needed to be any different than what he felt while he was in there. The furniture was quite the same too, though he hadn't really put much thought into it. He'd only really been thinking of the things in the room that meant anything to him which was the bed and the closet.

Hellion noted that Rill finally went into the room, he smiled and grabbed eves hand pulling her with him. "Nice touch.....so do you like it....unlimited space and everything" It was clear Hellion was trying his best to impress Rill, the reason why was because he had never had any friends on normal and making every member of the Psylos become his friend was a subconcious goal.

He looked at Eve "So what was this snag...exactly..." Ragna was confused on what Eve was talking about. He had no clue to what it could be, he was not able to see astral spirits unless he were to transform himself into a astral form himself.

"An astral mutant, he has one, wasn't able to gauge her abilities but the fact is it was there. Ripped right through everything, every power placement I had, it was like a fluid stroke that severed my control completely. Never saw something like that before EVER."

She was completely serious about this, like she was troubled by it, she'd never seen any astral mutant cause her trouble before but this one had. She hadn't been able to get a good read if the astral was strong or weak but she'd easily sliced everything apart and placed Reox back into his own body meaning she had shown herself capable both on physical and astral plane against her but she just didn't understand it.

Merill looked back at them as they came in, blushing a little. He never never let anyone in his room back at the Colosseum, it was weird to have people come into a room so similar to it now. He didn't really have any intention of telling them not to come in though, it still all felt more like Ragna's place to him anyways. "Yes... Of course." He said softly, giving Ragna a quick forced smile before looking away and letting it fade.

He sat down carefully on the bed as he listened to Ragna and Eve speak.

Hellion looked at Lohd with a slight dumbfounded expression "Indeed...." He was annoyed but none the less it was something that could not be helped. He chuckled, "That is right you have yet to meet your former....controller....in a way you could say that force was yourself...do not give it a second thought she is of no threat to you...you will just have to take her out before you try to possess anyone else." Ragna looked at Rill and smiled "I am glad you like it"

"What good would it be however, to banish her to the astral realm only to have her rip it open and free herself?"

She really looked like she was coming to Hellion for guidance, she didn't know how to fight this individual, this herself?

Lohd fully emearged himself from the shadow only to walk around the room, confused in the conversation. He started spining around the room, rambling to himself. "The universe is so big, but theres a place for it too!"~

Merill watched them with his lips pressed together, holding back a rather miserable expression. He staying in a room made by the abilities of a mutant... all of this was really. The Colosseum had been made by the hands of mutants without using any shameful magic powers, but now, he was surrounded by the thing he hated most. It wasn't like it seemed any different to any other room but just being aware that this hadn't been anything until less than a minute ago was enough.

He leaned his chin on his palms with his fingers over his cheeks. He didn't want to be around people right now... Or at least definitely not this many. He was on the verge of breaking and just about all of Psylos was standing in his room. He narrowed his eyes and looked down at the bed.
"Don't you all have somewhere better to talk?" His voice was soft since he wasn't really sure how it would come out, he hadn't even been sure if anything would. But it was still audible.

Hellion had heard Rill's plea....."I apologize..." He slightly sighed, and led Lohd and Eve out of the room. "Eve we will discuss this later...for now I need to talk to Rill about something important..." He then walked back into the room and approached Rill, "I have more bad news for you....." He sighed figuring it is better to kick a dog while he is down then kick him while he was up and healthy.

Merill put his face in his hands as Ragna led them out and closed his eyes, he'd been out not too long ago and had been hoping to stay inside for sometime again. This was way too much for so little time. He flopped onto his side with a soft grunt as Ragna mentioned speaking to him again and sighed, letting his hands come away from his face.

He watched as Ragna came back into the room, biting his lip as he turned onto his back so he didn't have to turn his head to look up at him. His eye brows pulled together slightly but he couldn't bring himself to say anything. Was there anything to say anyways? He wouldn't tell Ragna not to tell him, knowing there was something else bad that he didn't know what it was wouldn't be any better than knowing. The most he managed was a nod.

He sighed, "The land in which you would normally build your coliseum has been claimed...In order for you to rebuild your home you need to kill Elena first....or at the most take the land back in your name..." He sighed...."I did not want to give you this new right away....but I did not gather the vision until just a few moments.....your men will not be harmed....because she wants to use them against us...since it is your tech your land....and your people...you call the shots..."

Merill stared at him as he spoke, even though in the position he was in the tears couldn't build particularly visibly in his eyes but there seemed to be enough to make them look watery by the time he's finished. His eye brows pulled together more. "She has Cas-" He cut himself off, pressing his lips together. He was sure Castel wouldn't stay with her... Even if he did he'd be fine, it shouldn't matter to him anyways.

He sat up, sitting cross legged on the bed. He wasn't paying attention to whether or not Ragna could tell if he was crying or not anymore.
"It's... It doesn't matter." He said shaking his head and biting his lower lip. "If... they're ... put into... combat they'll... only end up killing..... each other.... If there's enough money the... guards might... be useful..." He added softly.

She understood, there was never a time when she'd ever truly demanded anything of Ragna. If she needed anything it had to wait for whatever and whenever it was convenient for him. She almost mindlessly walked off, separating herself clearly from Lohd's bizarre company. She was sure if Ragna didn't catch back up with her would mean she was just expected to deal with this problem on her own. She finally got back to the room that was called her, she didn't need to eat and she didn't have to sleep but that was her first impulse. It seemed like it would be easy to fill the time with laying down and supposedly resting her physical body even if her mind didn't really need to. She knew that if she was needed Ragna would not hesitate to wake her.

Hellion sighed, "Well that is all I thought you should know....in the mean time as I have said feel free to use my people as servants" He then stood, feeling the emotion that Rill wanted to be left alone. He stood up and walked out of the room shutting the door behind him. He then went out, to look to his door servant. "If anyone ask I went out...for a while..." He then left the building, and flew away heading deeper into the south.
